Certainly an honest "turn-key" boat. I'm sure Southwind truly is what others claim to be....
Are you down-sizing to something simpler or taking a leave from boating altogether?

I'm taking a leave I hope, my 83 year old dad who's in very poor health has come to live with us and he requires round the clock hands on care. Most of that duty I share with my wife. We are also still trying to run a store that is 60 miles from home, so we're running on empty all the time and boating just doesn't fit for now.

I can certainly feel for you, it is very sad when you sell a boat you love for reasons like that. I take care of my 87 year old Dad and 86 year old Mom also and it sure puts a strain on just about everything. I would suggest storring your boat but a boat in storage never seems to work out very well if it's more than a couple of years. Good luck with everything, Denis
