Albins seen in unusual places

Post by Veebyes2 »

I am just back from a 4 month RV trip to Alaska  :D  . During a stop in Yellowstone Nat Park I spotted what looked like a familiar hull shape in the Bridge Bay Marina on Yellowstone Lake. It had an extended cabin & a home brew alumium platform. All the teak had been painted white which, at a distance, threw me but on close look it was indeed an old A27 Sport. Met the owner & the boat is a work in progress. It has been completely gutted & rebuilt. All that is left are the cosmetics like an Awlgrip paintjob.
