Thanks for the great pics, you did a geat job. I am just about to remove my Lehman 120 and it's a real confidence builder to see it done. I will use your plan. I only have 1500 hours on my 37DC, but I have three reasons to remove the engine. 1. Re build the bilge. 2. Remove/Replace fuel tanks. 3. Clean and repaint engine room. I may re build the BW trans as well. I just rebuilt the fuel injector pump so strangely, I do not plan to do any engine work other than to clean and paint. It runs great.

Check rear main seal, esp if you pull the tranny. R&R of the rear seal should be easy. And they are a common leak point.
