cell phone boosters

Anyone have any experience with cell phone boosters. Touted to boost range off shore from 50 to 70 miles

Jeff: Nibbles came with such an installation. Seems to work fine in the Puget Sound area for 50 plus miles. Next time up we can look at it together.
