new member / A28 window tracks question

Post by Homeinstead28 »

Hi everyone,
My name is John and i have just purchased a 2003 28ft Albin. Can anyone please guide me in replacing sliding window tracks? Where can I purchase these tracks? Is it a difficult job? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated. Looking foward my first summer on it and meeting many of you!
Thanks,
John

John,
I don't have windows so I can't help with your track question. I have seen discussion around here about that. Search on window tracks.

Where do you boat?

Hi John. Welcome to the group.

You might try giving Standish Boat Yard a call at 401-624-4075. Ken Hilton and his staff have a great deal of knowledge of where things were purchased and what brands of parts were used during different years.
