WTB Albin 28 Flush

Looking for an Albin 28 flush deck in excellent condition with reasonable engine hours, good maintenance records, and updated electronics. In boats you pay one way or another, and this time around I'm looking to pay a lot more up front and a lot less with my personal labor.

Good Morning,
I have a 2009 Albin 28TE flush deck Newport Edition that is in excellent shape. There are 1200 hours on the Yanmar 315 and has it been professionally serviced each season by a Yanmar certified technician. Also, it has been stored indoors during the winter, and my marina is located in fresh water on the Connecticut River. This boat is in really good shape. If interested my cell number is 860-790-0820.

Thank you for the offer. We hadn't been interested in the Newport edition models because they have the L shaped settee instead of the companion seat, and it also seems like you lose some cockpit space with the arrangement.
How long have you had your 2009? What is the history of your boat- I believe that the 2009s were not completed by Albin themselves.
