Light system is not working completely

Hi there. I am proud owner of an Albin Ballad and I love the boat. It has the original wiring from the 70s and I could not get the anchor light, stern navigation light,masthead light, spreader light working. The circuit is not powered I think.
I am attaching pictures so you can see the circuit schematics and the electrical panel.
You can see on the picture there is a blue and red wire (top left) which is not connected and that could be the culprit. The red can be connected to the switches, there is one slot for it but I don't know where to connect the blue wire.
Does this look familiar? Anyone has similar? The labels on the wires are 50 years old so they are unreadable so it's hard to figure out what is what.
I have a volvo penta so maybe some of the wiring are specific for that.
My switches on the panel are not labeled properly either.
