Question……. There is a 28’ Flush Deck for sale by owner on Boatrader. It is located in Wilmington, NC. I have used the contact owner several times without any response. I would point out that I tried to contact even before the hurricane issues. It’s a blue hull, name of vessel unknown, being offered at $99,500

Is the owner a member here, does anyone know of him, or the boat?
