ISO Albin 31 Tournament Express - PNW/West Coast

Hi Albin friends, wanted to put it out into the universe that we're looking to purchase a 31 Tournament Express.
We live on Orcas, in the San Juan Islands of WA. We've fallen in love with the layout and capabilities of the 31 TEs for our mix of over night trips, day cruising, commuting and fishing. We're leaning toward twin engines setup but would consider a single as well. We'd ideally find something local-ish but have been down to CA to see one so would consider West Coast shipping.
If anyone is considering selling or knows someone who is, please send them our way! Our family of two grown-ups, two little kids and two doodles would really appreciate it! Thank you!
