After nine years of incredible fun, we’ve decided to sell our 2004 35CB, Miller Time. (Cat likes RVing more than boating.) Miller Time is in immaculate condition. She’s turnkey and ready to go cruising. When other boaters visit Miller Time, they always comment about how immaculate she is and well cared for. She will sell herself! I’m assuming since you’re looking at this on the Albin Forum, you’re familiar with the 35CB. If you need to see the 35CB spec sheets please go to the Document Library.
Miller Time is a true 35CB. What sold her for us was the extra storage in the transom and shallow slope ladder up to the flybridge. Maintenance invoices, numerous receipts and all manuals go with the boat. We came from a 44’ sailboat and I needed additional storage and a bigger freezer. Installed Engel 34 Qt. 12V Cooler – AC/DC Fridge Freezer which I use exclusively for my freezer. Added a cabinet in bedroom where the TV normally is located. Engle is installed under this cabinet. Removed the two drawers under the bed which opened a large area which holds a LOT of gear. I also added a cabinet where the stool was for pots and pans.
MT also has a custom mattress made with extended “wings” which allows for a more comfortable night’s sleep. Another bonus is the shower has a plexiglass door instead of curtains. Forward hatch and all ports are stainless with screens. Added Phifertex Vinyl Mesh snap curtains for privacy and to keep the boat cooler in the summer. The Phifertex allows air to still flow through when ports are open. We also had Phifertex shade curtains made for the port and back sides of the flybridge. One of the best improvements we made was to add a fixed chair in the fly bridge opposite the captain. It gives you a much better view of your surroundings as you're sitting higher up, and you have a comfortable seat while enjoying the ride. There are two huge sunscreens that can be easily be attached to the fixed extended sun cockpit awning (which folds up for fishing) to help keep you shaded while sitting in the cockpit. She also has a bug screen (with a zipper door) for the doorway.
Installed Seadek on cockpit floor, fly bridge, stairs, swim platform & walkthrough. Added a windless and MT’s main anchor is a 35lb Mantas, 120’ all chain and secondary Fortress anchor with 200’ rode. Small Danforth style stern anchor. Hull painted 11/14 Fighting Lady Yellow Awlcraft 2000. Sound system added 3/14. Installed new water heater in 2018.
Miller Time has a Yanmar 6lY-STP 370 hp engine with 1,915 hours. Loaded, she cruises nicely at 17-18 mph. New AF85 transmission installed the summer of 2018. Northern Lights 5 KW Generator with 697 hours. Reverse cycle AC/Heat.
Sale of Miller Time includes an AB 9’ dingy and 15 hp Yamaha. We installed a Garhauer Lifting Davit to lift the 15HP Yamaha onto the cockpit deck for storage while traveling and Weaver Davits to store the AB 9’ dingy while traveling.
She also comes with two 15’ 30-amp shore power cords, two 50’ 30-amp power cords, and two 20’ 30-amp power cords. Six dock lines and three fenders.
Miller Time is a rare find. You’d have to see her to appreciate the care and TLC she’s had during the years we’ve owned her.
