Wanted: Albin 28 needing engine work

Looking to buy an Albin 28 that needs engine work or replacement. My goal is to install a modern and quiet Cummins 5.9 common rail engine, so looking for a project. It has to be the engine box model, not the flush deck version.

Yes I have been looking in this section. I missed the one with a Cummins that had problems. Hopefully this wanted ad will help.

I’ve got a friend with a 98 peninsular powered 28 in Maryland that is ready to sell. She asked me to post her email and number.

It wasn’t used much last year but has good bones. It’s not listed anywhere yet.

How funny. Em found me on Instagram through the Albin hashtag and I think that’s where you an I first spoke where I pointed you towards the Albin forum.
