Can you provide more details on the generator issues? Replacement would be very expensive.

The rear section of the generator had water intrusion from a leaking exhaust manifold. I was told the unit would need to be removed and the electrical part of the generator rebuilt.

Has this sold??

It is under contract, and closing should take place in the next couple of days.

Thank you! Out of all of my Albins (4) we loved the 31 TE the best. It was one of the most seaworthy boats I ever owned. As age and time catch up to you it becomes difficult to maintain a boat up to the standards you love about your boat. The couple that purchased the boat texted me last night saying they were having a great time running the boat to its new home. I am sure they will enjoy it as much as I did. It is interesting that I posted the sale on the Albin site and had inquiries from all over the country and Europe. I have recommended the Albin site to the new purchasers and told them it is the best source for anything concerning Albins. I will continue to check into the site to remind me of great time I had boating with the Albin group.
