its just a piece of PVC we had in the workshop, popped it on the mill and machined a recess on the back side so it couldn't slide about and a recess on the top side so we won't have to keep on picking bait up from the swim platform! Oh and a slot for somewhere to put a knife so that's not sliding about!
Now all I need is a 1-18" UNC tap so I can make new nuts for the propeller shaft as we can't get a screw cutting insert for love nor money.

Didn't look in to that Rob due to time scale - we've got a full workshop here with CNC machinery so making up bespoke stuff isn't an issue - assuming you can get the tools in for it!

Haha yeah, there was a set on there but they were showing signs of electrolysis, so being an engineer I've taken them off and made new ones from aluminium bronze. .
