Any interest in a mini fishing derby, maybe Saturday morning during the rendezvous? Maybe even a Boston vs Chesapeake challenge! We can create an Albin Cup awarded to the rendezvous that catches the biggest fish!

Just received the April issue of Motor Boating which included an article on Essex, Conn. However, it looks like it's Boston in June. The following is from the article should there be interest in a mid or late summer get together.
Essex Island Marina is a destination in its own right, occupying a 13-acre island a stone's throw from town. It has 60 Transient slips, a fuel dock swimming pool, game rooms, showers, high speed internet cable TV, laundry, horseshoes, pingpong restaurant, convenience store and concierge.

Just read the article. (Had to drop crazy client work for a break!) Sounds like a great destination and one to consider for the summer.

Just talked to Mr DaSilva at Constitution Marina and made my reservation. He said we are getting 25% off because it's a flotilla! Forgot to ask how much it normally is though!

Any CB 35's?

Just wondering if there are any Command Bridge 35's (or 32+2)'s attending Boston? I'm trying to talk Karen into something along those lines as a winter base in FL - Bahamas, and I'd love to have a tour of one. Seems like a better deal that buying a condo down there for Jan-April.

Certainly my 35TE will give your wife some sense of scale. They come in two variants (galley up or down. The galley up has a second small state room.) Mine has the galley down, so the living area is larger. Condo prices in Florida are plummeting, but sure would be cool to have a boat down there.

I don't care how cheap they get, I don't think I'll be able to drive one to the Bahamas!

Don't forget to book your slip

Hi all. Just a reminder to reserve your slip at Constitution Marina for the Boston Rendezvous. It's a popular destination and transient slips book fast. Sebastian DeSilva is the guy to call, he's aware of our little flotilla.
Thanks.
