After some research it looks like I can buy an off the shelf tanks that give me about 45 gallons per side. The next question is where to plump the tanks. And I'm thinking I can come in from the deck fills $ vents at the top corners closest to the hull since there's open space there. And then have an outlet somewhere on the inboard side near bottom fore (basically facing the engine).
Can't say I'm a big fan if the water tank only on one side but, that's how the boat came with an original 40 gal tank anyway.
