Thanks. That's my folks place, the house I grew up at. My office is 5 minutes away, my house is 15 minutes away and the price is right! And she winters at the boatyard that you see across the way.

Sounds like your price for lift out was almost as good as mine.

The yard I keep mine at is a private angling club - this year because members were not able to use their boats, the yard is lifting everyone and storage ashore is free for all members. We just had to muck in with slinging our boats and helping to chock them out.

It’s been a back breaking three days getting FP2 to a reasonable standard - thankfully I didn’t need to do any under water repairs, despite the transom mounted transducer bracket breaking on me last night!!
