I own a 28 tournament Express (aul285321001). It has a Vetus TSL125 bow thruster ser # 1716899.
I think it needs new brushes. It will start thrusting strongly and then dies down in just a few seconds.
Can anybody help me find out what brushes it uses and where i can buy them. I was asked by a Vetus rep the diameter of my thruster tube. The boat is in the water over 1,000 miles away so I cant go, dive it and measure the tube. would like to find the brushes for it before spring when I will be back to it.
Can anyone help me find out what Brushes it takes and where I would buy them.

not sure this will help, but this are the brushes for my thruster, and I bought them on line.

Make sure the brushes move freely. I took mine out and used compressed air to blow out the dust. Reassembled and it worked perfect, and has been for 5 years now. When it starts slowing down I will do the same. The brushes were barely worn and did not need replacing.
