2022 Rendevous Recap

Post by Jkraft »

I just want to say thank you to everyone who made the trip down to the rendevous in Tilghman this weekend. It is the members and their beautiful boats that make this event so special. We had 10 boats in total and ate a ton of food and enjoyed each other’s company. Here are some photos that we took while there. Feel free to add more!

What a great time, thanks for organizing the event, JB. So good to see everyone and reconnect. The picnic was one of the best ones yet and everyone pitched in with some wonderful knosh.. So fun to look at everyone's new updates and see the possibilities. I am so glad the weather cooperated with us.
Cheers

Thanks JB for setting this up. It was great to see everyone. I was particularly happy to see some young blood in the group. I look forward to next year.

Great photos. Thank you so much for organizing. Knapps Narrows is a nice marina. I remember our last time there during the derecho.

Yes, great photos and fun times for sure. The Northeast events were always a great time, it's a shame they have not come together as of late.

John, hopefully you are able to make the next one. I’ve heard so much about you that finally getting to meet you would be an honor

If there is one thing that I have found, someone, anyone, just needs to pick a date and a place and start an excel sheet for the potluck sign up. It’s that easy!

I think to make it even easier we could scrap picking a date and keep it the same weekend every year (e.g., second weekend of October). Everyone would know to block their calendars year to year. From there, we'd just have to find a location and create the potluck sign up. Just a thought.
