Rare Swedish built Albin 30 for sale in Maryland

There is a fascinating Albin 30 from Sweden for sale on Facebook in MD.

It has been copied onto a Facebook page called "Albin Cruisers 25 & 27".

Had a good look at one of these A30's built in Sweden this summer, fellow had a A25 a couple of years ago and just purchased the 30, he stated it was owned by the owner of Albin? Kept in a boat shed for years with very little time on the engine. They are very nice boats and are very roomy with five foot + headroom in the aft cabin with a small sink between the two single beds, a settee in the cockpit and down in the forward cabin.
If you have 2 foot itis like this fellow has it is a great boat but if its not trailerable its not for me.

Someone posted it was under contract but apparently that fell through.

I would buy a 30’ in a heartbeat, same hull and engine as the Epic 28TE but with an extra cabin.

I’ve not seen the ad but I know they weren’t Swedish built like the early boats.

The one in the ad was built in Sweden. I think a total of 100 was made. It does not share anything but build quality and name with the US built version

I perused the pictures. It sure was fitted out with A25 cabinets etc. A Stretch 25. Too bad it's in Maryland. Would be interesting to see.

Well, more of an "expanded" A25, seeing as how the beam is 10.5'. Not easily trailered at that width I'm afraid.

I think so. I just saw another 30 for sale. Not sure where but you can probably find it with some searching.
