Check out sea deck for the bolsters. One need to do them once. Great product and no stitching, etc.

Good idea:
Found these on the Sedek Page.

They are half the length needed and I only see 1 length (37”)
I suppose they can be installed in pairs to make one long 74” pad instead, although atwartship 1 is too short and 2 too long.
That being said, I don’t fish and not sure I need no bolsters, but the holes and surface behind the old bolsters probably looks ugly and needs to be covered up if I remove the broken ones.

The SeaDek site says to call them for custom lengths. :) If you don't want bolsters at all, maybe patch/clean/compound/wet sand the area and see if you're satisfied with the result.

Aha, did not see the part about custom length. Thx.
I could use bolsters for head rest while sitting in my bean bag chairs and drinking beer, but not sure I need them.
Will call and check on pricing for custom lengths. It may be cheaper than patch/clean/compound/wet sand, etc.

Anybody know a source?
Original manufacturer of the coaming pads was Bristol Cushions out of RI. They're now going by "Bristol Yacht Interiors". Your helm and companion seat look like their work as well and if so there's a label underneath with a phone number on them. They did all of the soft goods for Albin including the headliners. They can set you up.

I find it fascinating that these engine/bilge Air inlets are pointing forward, as in towards the bow.
It seems a recipe for scooping saltwater into the boat, rather than keeping water out.
Are these mounted the wrong way from the factory....?
That is the way that Albin mounted them. Feel free to turn them around. Many of us have.

BTW .. your boat looks great!

No kidding. Will turn ‘em asap, just curious on comments on why or if it was a mistake from drunk factory workers...?

Motor box or flush deck?
What year?

Engine box. 1995 - it's in my signature line. :)

Sea deck can be customs cut on a Cnc machine for any application. Even if you don't fish, the boat does not look right without them. Check them out online. Any color and any style. They do full interiors as well.

Blue Seas is the sd location.

Sorry, did not pay attention to the year and I guess Flush deck came after 1995, hence engine box by default..

Yeah, should get new bolsters regardless.
Will dig deeper online and see about ordering the correct size bolsters.
Thx.

No worries. Just yanking your chain a little. :) You've made some great improvements on your boat, and it looks fantastic.

I purchased new bolsters last year from a local canvas shop because I wanted somewhere to take them if any problems came up. They are much better than the original ones that held water, became moldy and when you leaned against them the nasty water would leak right into your shoe. Covering the foam with plastic worked for a while but the zippers failed and it was time to replace them. The new ones have a web backing and foam that does not hold water. The bead that slides in the mounting rails is stronger.
When I go north for the summer the bolsters, all inside cushions and the cockpit seats are brought home to keep them dry and out of the sun.

How much did you pay the canvas shop for new bolsters?
I have a canvas girl come to the boat tomorrow to put the finishing touches on a new Bimini top/ sun cover: A Piece of canvas stretched back from the house to 2 poles sitting in the aft coaming rod holders.
I may add zippers and side curtains later. Will modify as needed.
Pictures should be coming tomorrow.
Will ask the canvas girl for estimate on bolsters, but seems the above ready made stuff from Seadek would be better for my use.
