I am in the process of repairing my fuel tanks and have a question. The question is:
I removed a section about 12" down from the overhead running the length of the tank of heat shield bulkhead that separates the tanks from the engine room to gain access to the top of the tanks, now that the repair is complete is there any reason I have to put it back. I really like being able to see the tops of my tanks so the next time I have a water leak I know it immediately.
