I have a 36 1983 trawler. Albin.... The aft port window leaks ... I have cleaned out the drain holes .. Does anyone else have this problem and where was the water coming from ?? How did you stop the leak which the water is brown that drips into a bowel .. Or has anyone put a visor over the top of the window to help keep the water from cascading down the window ... Would like to know if someone has had the same leak and what was done to stop the leak ... Thank you

Re: Visor
I made up some wooden gutters, similar to the ones that are over the doors, and put them above all three windows in the stern. When it rains the water seems to stream over the sides, down the windows, and overwhelms the drain holes. These new gutters catch most of the water and directs it past the end of the window. Make sense? If not perhaps I can send you a picture.
