Electrolux (?) copper braided cooler

Hello everyone.
I was digging into some old boxes and found a semi destroyed flyer of a sort of refrigerator that sounds like a good idea for those (like me) who would wish to spend extended periods aboard. This info dates back several years - maybe 10 or so - and is about a cooling mechanism that has no moving parts at all, and it cools via a temperature interchange with sea water through a copper braid (?) that cools off into the sea, or something along these lines... Could anyone tell me who makes such refrigerator elements as I have no brand remaining on the flyer and I googled various threads to no result. The only thing I can recall is that it was originally made by a subsidiary of Electrolux. This thing can be solar powered and consumes very little energy, so with a small panel you can drink a lot of beer. Thanks.

Thank you Mystic; as I said, I thought this device had no moving parts, it'll require some more google search...
