Here's some possible useful info concerning the life of the raw water impeller used on the Yanmar 315 engine: The yard just replaced the one aboard with 100 hours of use and it looks new. The engine turned 250 hours, so the first replacement was at 150 hours and even that one looked fine. This does not mean, of course, that every impeller will age in the same manner.
The engine drive belts also look fine after 250 hours of use. They are the original ones that came with the engine on my 2006 boat. These belts were replaced, so the old ones will be kept as backups.
