What is the easiest way to drain the water tanks on a 36'

3 options. Pump them empty through the system. Pull the hoses at the bottom & let them drain into the bilge. A rinsing would not hurt the bilge. If on land & the boat has a garboard plug, let the water drain onto the ground.

I pull the hose off the tank and let it drain in the bilge and let the bilge pump hanlde it. Yes it cleans the bilge.
Then I shop vac whatever doesn't pump out of the bilge..

I have a drain seacock on the aft side of each water tank which drains into the bilge. After that, I remove the access covers and pump/shop vac dry the remaining water.
