I am a new owner. So if I don't use the correct terms, please correct me. When I first used the head, I pushed a button as instructed. The grinder worked and the urine went down. I was told that I should not put paper in the lectra san to avoid problems. So I did not do that. How ever, I think that I had the wrong order when I later used the head and pushed the button before turning the dial. Now, I can not get the button that grinds to work. I can get the leds to work when I turn the dial but, I can't get anything to go down because the grinder doesn't turn on and let everything go down.
Does anyone have any advice?
