We chose an Albin 25 motorsailor built in 1976 to install our electric propulsion system for showing at the Annapolis Boat Show. I can use some advice in cleaning her up so she will be consistent with our corporate brand. The hull buffed up pretty good, having been painted once. The deck and cockpit have also been painted (along with the teak handrails-- yuk!) but is badly weathered. I am sanding that down for repainting with gloss white AwlGrip and the non-skid areas and floor panels-- light gray with non-skid grit.
Questions:
1. We replaced two windows. The rubber seems fine, but can someone tell me where to find the strip that goes in the groove to lock the plastic panel in place?
2. Is the blue rub-rail available in short pieces? I need to fix some damage at the stern and need about 2 feet of it...

Regarding the material that you are looking for I am afraid that I am not of much use. Here in Europe I know where to get it. But this won't help you much.
Rub rails:
When I'd buy it here they would sell products from Barbour Plastics http://www.barbourcorp.com/ or directly to the catalogue http://www.barbourcorp.com/pdf/marine_catalog.pdf
So it should be comparatively easy to find a local distributor.
Window gaskets:
I know that US friends go to shops where windows of bulldozers or trucks are repaired. They use the same system with this filler cord (or what it is called) that fits into the gasket. They also provide a handy tool for 9.99 or so, which makes the job really easy.
