you never run out of cool stuff than needs attention...
the water line to the hot water tank just started leaking. got a 3" long section of 3/4" outside diameter pipe and two hose clamps. that seemed to fix it okay. the water heater itself has seen better days. to remove it, it looks like the muffler has to come out... i sure feel fortunate to have these challanges to look foward to. how do you guys with new boats deal with the boredom?

Man, I've never ever got "nothing to do" boat issues. My 99 is a project boat in the making. Before long I'm hoping to have most of the equipment replaced with new stuff..... :shock:

I love the fact that I'm trying to save money for problems that I don't even know about!

Let's see. The laundry list. It's tough to prioritize.

It's the big projects that may arise that really scare me.

Just when you think you might be done paying off the loan on your boat, there will always be something to replace, redo, refinish, upgrade, ad on, etc.

What's that saying about boats? They are holes you throw money (and time) into?
