Entire marina destroyed by spring gale on Vancovuer Island

Mill Bay marina on Vancouver island, about 25 miles north of Victoria, BC is no more. The storm that blew in Friday afternoon, which produced 30' waves off the coast and 10' waves in the Georgia and Juan deFuca Straights, completely destroyed the marina, which was under a court-order to sell and was listed for $3,000,000. The marina appears to have been in pretty bad shape after a February storm did damage that was not repaired. No Albins appear to have been involved.
