Re: Pinstripes
1 Heat the stripe with a hair dryer or heat gun. Be careful if using the heat gun.
2 Peel the stripe slowly, pulling it off at a 90-degree angle while heating the next section. Do not overheat the gel coat.
3 Use a plastic putty knife if you don't have long fingernails, but be careful not to scratch the paint.
4 Put some multipurpose cleaner and lubricant, such as WD-40, on a scrubbing pad (the type with a net covering) and rub off the leftover adhesive.
5 If the stripes are old, they may not peel off easily, even with heat. Soak them with WD-40 for 15 minutes and then try scraping.

Re: Pinstripes
There is a tool made by 3m that you put on a drill or die grinder. It is a wheel that is made out of rubber or somthing like that that takes it right off. I used it on my cordless drill, although it does not spin quite enough rpm it still made short work of stripe removal and it removes the glue also. The part number is like 07501. Kellogg part number 71-07501. I paid $14.33 JACK

Re: Pinstripes
I used the rubber wheel mentioned by Jack to remove my port of call. It'd be even easier to remove pin stripping with it too.
