just trying to gather all the info i can on albins..i want to move up from a CC and Albin 28 with a 370 Cummins was mentioned to me as a boat that may serve me well..

we have long 50 mile runs to the gulf stream and it is usually very choppy for the first 10-15 miles, want a good ride in a head sea,a good fishing platform, and economical would be good too..i am averaging 35 trips a year and they are all on saturdays so picking my days is not really an option. :D
this will be a fishing boat first and foremost..

thanks for putting this site together..

ctoolman,
Sounds like everything you need and want could be taken care of with the TE28 or 31. You didn't mention what brand you have now but the ride will be better. I have the engine box model, which I like, but the flush deck would be a good model for fishing. Look around the board for comments about maintenance access issues with the flush deck. Read through the flush deck vs. engine box thread in the TE forum.

Welcome to the group.

Check out this collection of reviews, boat tests and customer testimonials on the Albin Marine website. Not sure how long this will be up. I have copied the 28 reviews to my hard drive for future use.
