Live Bait Well Aerator

Post by Elizabeth Ann »

The 'aerator' or water outlet on our bait well was missing since we purchased the boat. It seems like it broke off....snapped. Does anyone now what this part looks like or the make?

The hole in the liner seems to have a hard yellow foam type material that seems impossible to remove. Does anyone have experience with this? Any ideas on how to access to remove the baitwell liner to get at the plumbing?

Cheers.

Mine is a white screw-on tip, about 1/2" across that goes over that protruding pipe for the water stream. I can take a pic of it, if you need to see it. Not sure who makes it,

Hi AlanD,

A pic may be helpful, if its not too much trouble.

Thanks.

It's a yellow pipe looking thing with holes to spray water out, and it's guaranteed to break off.

I believe it comes as a package with the pump, so check the brand of the pump.
