The Good:
All the items listed below have been replaced, repaired or upgraded.
Recent engine and tranny oil samples are clean and engine runs great.
Recent survey available.
Always wrapped for winter

The less than good: (reduced price accordingly)
Recent survey showed moisture in stern with a couple spots of delamination. I have no repaired yet. I did have it looked at, it is not structural or a concern at all. Mostly upper center, likely moisture entering from rubrail.
The portholes need rebedding
Survey showed a spot forward under helm with moisture that I believe was there before I owned the boat, it looks like someone removed a thru hull with out drying the area. I had it for 10 years with no issues and no expansion of area.
