Access to wet bar faucet behind helm seat on Albin 31
I just moved from old Chesapeake Bay sailor to buying a 1996 Albin 31. Love the layout and look forward to crushing our old haunts on the Bay. Medium list of must dos but my far better half wants the aged and leaking faucet replaced on the wet bar behind helm seat. Question how to get to it?

What's below the sink? Cabinet? Fridge? Either one of those would have to come out. Could be just four screws. Got a photo?
