Are there any plans for a 2026 rendezvous on the Chesapeake Bay or Potomac?
Perhaps Washington DC as a venue, or the even nicer Alexandria VA. There are several pretty good marinas nearby - National Harbor, James Creek, The Wharf, Columbia Island and Alexandria City Marina all accommodate transients. All are at the upper limit of the Potomac, but offer a huge variety of dining options, local tourism and of course the opportunity to be in the Nation's Capital for the 250th Birthday.
Also check out Sail 250 in the Nation's Capital, when 5 tall ships will visit the city from June 12 -15. Alexandria Seaport Foundation will host Open House and welcomes all Albineers and other boaters to see our work with young adult boaters and boat builders. Visit at https://alexandriaseaport.org/
