So they do exist in the bay! Nice work! Fish the Lower bay and it has been hit or miss here in Virginia.
Had a question on your outrigger set up. Do you use them/how do they work?

It’s been amazing this year we have caught more than we deserve. I bought the boat this spring and the outriggers were already on the boat. I have not used them yet because I am a light tackle fisherman I may try them this summer for Cobia but would rather jig than troll. What can I find out for you on the outriggers?

I was going to ask how you like them in that position. All good!Tspidel wrote: ↑Sun Feb 22, 2026 6:44 pm It’s been amazing this year we have caught more than we deserve. Light tackle is the best! Come to on down the bay and sightfish for those cobia!

That’s the plan for this summer. I have never fished for Cobia but am looking forward to it this summer.
