I'm finalizing a purchase of a 40' Albin Sundeck (I think 1980, but don't have the Coast Guard documentation yet).
I'm a traveling professional and intend to use her as a floating condo in between trips. She is berthed in Alameda, CA. However, I am not against using her for the occasional fishing excursion with family, friends, and clients.
I don't see a lot of activity here, but I look forward to perusing more and learning more from the group.
Regards,
Jeremiah

Re: New Albin Owner in the SF Bay
Hi there, I am new here too. These boats do have a lot of room so it will be a great floating condo for sure!
